Bookings

Thank you for your interest!  Our 2008 season is date specific.  If you are able to book a full group size you will be albe to secure your preferred dates.

Groups who book one of our trips to the maximum group size are eligible to received one guest spot free of charge! 

This credit may be applied to the group organizer's position or may be split evenly among all group members.

Booking and Payment Policies

Deposits: We require a $300 cdn deposit within 30 days of booking. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the trip’s departure date. If final payment is not received we require your full upon arrival.

Method of payment: Payment may be made by cash, traveler’s cheque, bank draft, or personal cheque. Payment may be mailed to:

Cancellation: A notice of cancellation must be received by telephone or email as soon as possible.  A $200 dollar portion of the initial deposit of $300 is non-refundable. If cancellation is received prior to 2 weeks before the trip, the remainder of the money received will be refunded.

If you can find a replacement for the trip booked, any and all of your deposits received will be transferred to your replacement.
