Thank you for your interest!  Our 2010 season is date specific.  If you book a full group size you will be albe to secure your preferred date.

Booking and Payment Policies

Deposits: We require a $400 cdn deposit within 60 days of your scheduled vacation date. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If final payment is not received we require your full payment upon arrival.

Method of payment: Payment may be made by cash, traveler’s cheque, bank draft, or personal cheque. Payment may be mailed to:

Cancellation: A notice of cancellation must be received by telephone or email as soon as possible.  A $200 dollar portion of the initial deposit of $400 is non-refundable. If cancellation is received prior to 2 weeks before the trip, the remainder of the money received will be refunded.

If you can find a replacement for the trip booked, any and all of your deposits received will be transferred to your replacement.
